How to connect a Goodwe inverter to WiFi?

Follow the steps below to connect your Goodwe inverter to your home WiFi via the App:

First, power the WiFi inverter on, then then the WiFi router.
Download the latest version of SEMS Portal, Goodwe’s monitoring software.
In the login page, click ‘WiFi configuration’.
Power on Inverter, then click ‘Next’.
Click ‘Go into WLAN setting interface’.
Connect to Solar-WiFi back to the App. The default password is 12345678.
Select your WiFi network, enter password and click ‘Set’.
You’ll see the ‘Successful Configuration’ page after which you can click ‘Ok’.

How to reset a Goodwe inverter?

To reset your Goodwe inverter, turn off the system and ensure that both AC and DC switches are off. Wait for about 5 minutes to make sure it’s powered off, and then turn it all back on. Resetting typically helps resolve issues like system hang-ups and other minor glitches.
