Eligibility: To participate in this promotion, the referrer must be an existing Volteam Electric customer at the time the referred friend’s service agreement has been finalized.

New Customer Definition: The referred friend must be a new customer of Volteam Electric. A ‘new customer’ is defined as an individual or entity that has not engaged with Volteam Electric’s services in the last twelve months.

Exclusions: This program excludes the refinance of existing contracts or any service renewals.

Non-Cash Redemption: The benefit cannot be redeemed for cash.

Discount Issuance Timing: The discount will only be issued once the referred friend’s service agreement has been approved and finalised.

Non-Retrospective Application: The promotion cannot be applied retrospectively.

Non-Transferability: The benefit cannot be transferred to another person or party.

Referral Limits: There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.

Self-Referral: You cannot refer yourself for subsequent services.

Disclosure Requirement: The person you are referring must be aware of the benefit you will receive as a result of their engagement with Volteam Electric.

Program Scope: This program applies only to referrals of friends and is at the sole discretion of Volteam Electric to determine eligibility. It does not apply to authorised signatories, employees, directors, or persons of influence referring work colleagues within the same organization. Separate promotional campaigns are available for businesses to promote Volteam Electric’s services within an organization. Please contact your account manager for further details.
