Increased Efficiency

• AIKO’s cutting-edge ABC solar cell technology results in increased efficiency of up to 24.3%. It’s one of the first manufacturers utilising and mass producing this solar tech to achieve higher energy yield. 
• The ABC technology is different in its build and design. Instead of placing positive and negative metal contacts on both sides, all metal contacts are placed only on the back of the panel. This works positively as it maximises the surface area for light absorption, improving overall efficiency.

Advanced Shade Management

• Individual cells bypass shaded areas to provide substantial energy output even with partial shading. 

Lower Operation and Maintenance Costs

• High temperature restriction and micro-crack resistance, front grid free, ensuring roof safety, reducing module failure rate. 
• The same DC capacity with connection points reduced by about 5.5%.

Low Performance Degradation

• AIKO solar panels are built with strengthened resilience and durability. It has a substantially low performance degradation rate of only ≤1% in the first year, and ≤ 0.35%/year in the following years. 

Better Temperature Coefficient 

• With a temperature coefficient of only -0.26%/°C, you can rest assured that there is less power loss even during fluctuations in temperature. 

Quality Aesthetics

• Without metal strips on the front of the panel, AIKO solar panels have a sleeker appearance featuring an all-black panel display. The absence of visible grid lines is an improvement from the usual solar panels being installed. 
• The all-black design also makes it easier for AIKO’s NeoStar panels to blend seamlessly with numerous roofing components.
